Ferion is currently in ALPHA testing phase. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Game is experimental and may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features
• Game data, including but not limited to player progress, empires, and achievements, may be reset or lost at any time without notice
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notification
• The Game may be unavailable for extended periods due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Your feedback and bug reports help improve the Game, but we are not obligated to implement your suggestions
• Alpha access may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion

To access the Game, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your registration information remains current and accurate

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Game or its infrastructure
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, or other unauthorized third-party software
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Share or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to other users

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

• Collection of gameplay data for game improvement and analytics
• Storage of account information and game progress
• Communication regarding game updates, maintenance, and important notices
• Use of cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience

During the alpha phase, we may collect additional debugging information to identify and resolve technical issues.

All content, features, and functionality of the Game, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, code, design, and gameplay mechanics, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only. This license may be revoked at any time.

We strive to maintain Game availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties or server issues
• Security concerns or investigations
• Force majeure events beyond our control

As an alpha product, extended downtime periods should be expected and tolerated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At the conclusion of the alpha testing period

You may deactivate your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.

As an alpha tester, you are encouraged to provide feedback, report bugs, and suggest improvements. By providing feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and implement your suggestions.

You agree not to publicly disclose confidential information about unreleased features, bugs, or development plans without our explicit permission.
